A belated happy new year!I may have been quiet online lately, so here’s a reminder of who I am and a reassurance that I have been busy in the background – honest!The start of the year brings two ceremonies (hope to share photos with you soon) and lots of lovely planning meetings. Getting to know my 2025 couples is bringing out a whole host of emotions – from hilarious to moving as well as being highly entertaining and very creative too – and is one of the best parts of the job.My 2025 diary is almost full, so if you’re thinking of a ceremony this year, please get in touch as soon as possible. A handfasting can be such a beautiful moment in a ceremony. Not only is it lovely for your guests to witness, but the ribbons, chord or fabric used to 'tie the knot' will then be a constant reminder of the vows and promises made during the ceremony.Carri and Matt asked their nieces and nephews to bind the ribbons for their ceremony a few weeks ago, and they did it perfectly! After a very rainy day on Gower today, it's been lovely to look through the beautiful photographs from @rosiemaykelly who captured such gorgeous moments from Josie and Henry's ceremony on a very sunny day in the summer at @kingarthurhotel.There are many ways to start a ceremony and this pair opted for a traditional entrance with bridesmaids and bridesman, followed by Josie walking in with her dad.
